This video is a couple of weeks old. KA hasn't wanted to crawl until just recently and now she just army crawls but its pretty cute to watch.

Our Little Ham!

I found this hat in a box of clothes and put it on Kati Ann. She thought it was so funny. She kept looking at us like she was some kind of model..."Check me out!!" I think she looks like she's going fishing but she wouldn't take the silly hat off. She's such a ham!!

Finally, a little bit of normal

We've been doing some major remodeling in our living room and family room to create a great room for the past 2 weeks. Kati Ann & I had been exiled to the back of the house and finally we've been released. We got new carpet yesterday so we'll now let Kati Ann sit on the floor again. Here are some pictures of the process.

As you can see we still haven't put everything back but at least we've been released from the back of the house!!

Shhh! She's sleeping!

So for those of you that have spent much time with Kati Ann you know that sleep is something that has to accidentally happen for Kati Ann or at least be her idea. She hates to miss out on anything. So after battling with me and then Jared and then me again Kati Ann finally fell asleep sitting next to me in the recliner. After she had been a sleep awhile I got up and let her stay in the recliner asleep. She looks like an old man asleep in his recliner just a lot cuter.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Kati Ann has had a great first Valentine's Day. She's gotten to talk to her Grand MiMi on the phone and her MiMi & Poppa sent her a Valentine card & gift. She loved the card. In fact she just had to taste to make sure that Valentines Day was just as tasty as every other day! She found that it was way tastier than every other day!! Paper with glitter on it is way fun and satisfies the taste buds!
